Recruits beaten to death by commanders at training grounds and buried in a forest, a $400 fine for murder, Odessan woman commits suicide bombing against police, record cabbage inflation, talk of a ‘grey passport’ for draft dodgers, the rising cost of bribing border guards, and drones, planes, personnel and ‘special equipment’ sent to stop Ukrainian men from escaping into the EU.
