Mobilization continues, nationalists of ‘iron will’ continue to conquer new heights in the military, and the new top army brass are furiously purging and placing their western-trained loyalists in power.

First, mobilization. It turns out that one recently publicized mobilization murder was committed against a severely mentally disabled man who didn’t even know there was a war going on. Meanwhile, well-connected military journalists are eagerly hoping that the thankless task of capturing men for the meat grinder will be taken in a more ‘creative’ direction by none other than General Andriy Biletsky, the ‘White Fuhrer’ of Azov’s Third Army Corps.

Azov certainly made a name for itself last year through conducting mobilization directly. It was quite effective in capturing men, though the ‘creativity’ in practice seemed to mean a great deal more torture and extortion than even the ordinary mobilization process. Other journalists are, as usual, calling to mobilize woman and the youth. The sponsors of these journalists in the the European Union, meanwhile, have placed a stranglehold on the number of Ukrainian men — and possibly women — entering their Civilized Garden.

Second, the army brass. The new commander-in-chief has been conducting major purges of the old military elite and replacing them with his loyalists. The new class of generals rising are young, NATO-trained, have known each other for over a decade, and have always been opposed to the older generation in the army. But appointed to take charge of the army at such a late and hopeless time in the war, is the devious Zelensky simply hoping to nullify the reputation of the most popular forces in the army?

As Azov rises, corresponding western-oriented nationalists have taken charge of the army. Mikhailo Drapaty, now commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian army, played a major role in Ukraine’s military contingent aiding NATO in Kosovo back in 2007 (pictured). His new deputy, Serhiy Sobko, worked alongside him as far back as Kosovo. Both have studied extensively at US military institutions.

Third, Azov eats the assault units. The much-reviled assault regiments are being somewhat restructured, but the units themselves remain, and all the signs indicate that they will continue to play a major role in the army. That’s because Azov has now taken control of much of the important assault regiments.

Creative mobilization?

Mobilization for the sick masses, reservations for the quite healthy elites.

Last week, it came out that 72% of prosecutors have a fake disability allowing them to evade military service. This is hardly surprising, with scandals about the pensions and exemption from mobilization enjoyed by most of Ukraine’s judiciary constant over the past few years.

Genuinely sick men, however, can expect a different fate. A few weeks ago, there was yet another death at a Territorial Recruitment Centre (TRC). Now, we’ve learned that the 46 year-old deceased weighed 200 kilograms and had such a serious mental disability that he didn’t even know there was a war going on. That didn’t stop his new owners in the army from beating to death. They thought they were trying to teach him something new. His name was Andriy Stasyuk.

On the left is how Andriy looked before his disability. He was declared disabled 10 years ago.

This is what his mother told the press:

"He was confused and didn't understand what was going on at all. Because of his distress, he'd been living in his own world all these years. He didn't even know we were at war. That's why he looked at me and asked, confused, what was going on. He couldn't make any decisions without me,"

The TRC claimed that Andrii had lost consciousness in the bathroom. When his mother arrived, her son was lying in the courtyard behind the building, covered in mud and barefoot. According to the autopsy, the cause of death was acute myocardial infarction.

Luckily, there are some veterans of the USAID grant circuit that know just the remedy to all this brutality. The much-vaunted ‘soldier’ (not everyone is convinced of his military service) and full-time journalist/talk-show guest Serhiy Hnezdilov has a brave new idea: mobilizing childless women.

It’s funny for him to say that, given how he comes from the ecosystem of western-funded liberal NGOs and media publications, for whom feminism is supposedly such an important value. I thought that punishing women for not having children was somewhat passe in these circles? Apparently not, at least when it comes to fighting a war for Western Civilization. A female sergeant called to mobilize woman yesterday as well, declaring that equal rights also mean equal responsibilities.

Hnezdilov is also certain that Ukraine’s mobilization age will be pushed down to 21 years of age (it’s currently 25) if Russia conducts a new round of mobilization this year. Zelensky is absolutely certain this mobilization happen — I’m less sure, but what do I know.

By the way, battle-hardened Azovite nationalists despise Hnezdilov. Take for instance ‘Doktor Sturm’, an officer I presume is in the Third Army Corps, given how much he likes drawing portraits of SS leaders and the fact that other Azovites follow him. He responded to Hnezdilov’s latest statement by calling him an ‘ideological leftist and LGBT activist’, as well as an ‘ideological deserter’, a reference to Hnezdilov’s much-hyped ‘performative desertion’ from the army in 2025 as a protest against the lack of fixed terms of service. Our good Doctor concluded the following about Hnezdilov’s talk of mobilizing childless women:

‘the fact that all kinds of ‘civil society activists’ (professional whores) have started pushing this topic with the help of the media is a very bad sign. A classic ‘warming of the goys’, after which ‘unpopular decisions’ will be made’

The Europeans are certainly on board with this course. New polls show that the majority of Poles support deporting draft-age Ukrainian men. The Czech Republic, another bastion of Atlanticist values until recently ever so ravaged by savage Soviet imperialism, has already sent back dozens of Ukrainian men the past week thanks to the new EU rules preventing draftable Ukrainian men from seeking temporary protection. The best protection for Ukrainian men is in Ukraine, as everyone knows.

In Belgium, now even women aged 18-60 coming need to show their details on Ukraine’s state mobilization app ‘Rezerve+’ if they want to receive temporary protection. Ukrainians have been complaining about the demand to social media.

Now onto what Ukraine’s military leadership is planning to do about mobilization. Their conceptions of ‘humanizing’ the process are certainly ‘creative’
