As for the pact vs the transparency intl/soros network. The pact seem like US-based hustlers hard at work grifting in various conflict zones. Whereas transparency intl ukraine, figures like zhernakov etc, they are home-grown Ukrainian liberal journalists pumped full of money, political immunity and outsized self-confidence by their intl sponsors.
